3 Call of Duty Modern Warfare 2 Bundles Announced
Normal 0 Activision has announced a great bit of video game news. As many of you know, Activision go pretty insane when it comes to releasing Guitar Hero games. However, these extravagant bundles never spread over to other games, until now.
Today Activision announced that Call of Duty Modern Warfare 2 will now come in three different bundles. The 3 packages were announced by Infinity Ward's Robert Bowling who detailed them during a YouTube video.
The first one is the pretty basic, standard edition, and it's really for gamers who want the plain game. For anyone that likes looking at the development of the game, there is the Hardened Edition.
The Hardened Edition is any normal special edition game. It comes with a art book as well as a download code for the original Call of Duty game, all of this is contained within a metal case. Retailers are currently offering the game for $80.
The final bundle available is as, if not more, insane as the Gears of War special bundle which was released with a life size lancer. The Prestige Edition contains everything from the Hardened Edition, as well as a bonus special item. That special extra is a fully functional pair of night vision goggles, that’s right, Activision have gone mad.
Alongside your night vision goggles, you will also get a sculpted head so that you can display the goggles when you're not using them.
This sounds like a pretty amazing bundle, however, it comes at a high price. If you really want your night vision goggles, it will cost you a whopping $150. This is certainly pricey, no doubt Activision will make alot out of it from hardcore gamers.
So if you love gaming and are looking to buy a pair of night vision goggles, then you should buy the Prestige Edition, however, if your not, you still should buy the Prestige Edition.
I’m sure not many gamers will be waiting for the game reviews to be released before they order their copy of the game. With a successful game like this, not many will need to read the video game reviews!
What is a good acoustic guitar strap? *brand*?
I've been looking for a christmas present for my friend, and I've come to the conclusion that maybe getting him something nice for his prized possession (the acoustic guitar). I'm not quiet sure what brand it is, but here is my question:
What brand carries great guitar straps? I know y'all have got to have a favorite....
