Is a Halo Guitars Morbus a good guitar?

I'm looking to buy a new guitar, and I heard from a friend that Halo Custom Guitars is a good place to look. (haloguitars.com) Also, one of my favorite musicians plays a Halo custom 8-string. Now for my question, is the halo Morbus, one of the cheapest models, a good guitar? I was planning on ordering it with a Licensed Floyd Rose and Seymour duncan Blackouts. Would it be a smart purchase? Or should I look to more trusted brands, like Schecter or Ibanez?

I just went on the site, and i've got to say I wasnt impressed. Looked like a bunch of guitars that are made to look cool but don't live up to the standard. And they dont even look cool.

If I were you, i'd go with a trusted brand, but it all really depends on what sound you want,
If your going for something metal, go for a schecter or a jackson
I personally own a Fender Stratocaster and just to say, i love it. You can get whatever tones you want out of it, its extremely versatile and sounds amazing, infact I love it so much im buying another one soon.
